I went down a size after losing seven and a half pounds, but I'm a kid. For adults, I'd guess around ten.

When I used to go to Weight Watchers, they said you had to lose ten pounds to drop a jean size. Of course, everyone's personal body shape would be a factor in this. Obviously someone who is only five foot two and loses ten pounds, would notice the weight loss more than someone who is six feet tall and loses the equivalent amount. However, it is a good benchmark to use........

A pound of fat is about a handful. Maybe about the size of an apple? So just think about how many apples you have to lose....

If that made no sense, then probably about 5 to 10 pounds.

that truthfully relies upon on you. truthfully everyone is going to be exceedingly diverse in this section. i comprehend some human beings can drop a length after 5-7lbs. Me? It took me around 25lbs in the previous a dropped a waist length. Why? i do no longer carry my weight in my hips, so dropping fat quite took a on an analogous time as in the previous any of it took a length off. Now i'm right down to my bones, i'm unlikely down a length regardless of what I lose. It relies upon on the place you carry your fat and the place fat starts coming off first once you initiate off dropping weight. many women folk locate weight help around the middle confusing (even men). this is often the final place it comes off. So this is all a wait and notice sort of interest. -Connor

It depends on your height, but for every 5lb-8lb you lose, that is an inch. For every 10lb-16lb, you lose 2 inches. The shorter you are, the less you will need to lose to see a difference. The taller you are, the more you will need to lose to see a difference.

Hope this is helpful : )
