Change your diet by eating fruits and drinking lots of water. Eat baked foods instead of fry..like baked chicken.
Walk outdoors with fast pacing..like power walking atleast and hour. Run if you want. Lifting weights also contributes to loads of calorie burning. I can't promise you that you'll drop two pounds by then, but i'll garantee you it's a start.

is 2 pounds really going to make all the difference, really whats 2 pounds? but if u only got a week drink loads of water and cut ur portions of food down. lay off the sweets and kick the snackage!

watch what you eat, instead of grabbing chips,cookies soda, grab a apple,orange,crackers, work out if you have a pool go swimming, take walk/running with friends! Go to bed around 8 and wake up when it is school time, there are if you follow you can lose u up to 5 POUNDS!! stay on track

The fastest weight to lose is water weight. Cut out sodium, drink lots of water and choose foods that are natural diruetics.

Eat more lean protein and fewer carbs. Carbs (like rice, pasta, and bread) can make you bloaty - same with sugarless gum and diet soda. Eat more fruits and veggies.

okay....I had to do this too....you may need to stay home for the next two days, but take laxatives....seriously. It's gross but you have a lot backed up. If you want to have more control of your BM's then eat only vegetables. Sorry if that was TMI, but it will work...I guarantee it.

drink alot of water...i mean ALOT!! u pee alot more (obviously) but u lose all the water weight and flush out ur system so u look thinner and weigh less
