What do you have to do when an ear piercing gets infected during the healing process? Do you have to take the earring out, because I wouldn't want to if I didn't have to because then the hole would close up. Would you recommend taking it out? How could you treat the infection?

I went to a new stylist today to have my highlights retouched and low lights put in. I told her my hair takes awhile to process blonde color and when I was done and got home, I couldn't even tell I had anything done to my hair. My friends said the same thing. I feel like I payed $65 dollars for nothing!! Would you go back to the salon and ask her to do it again or would you just suck it up and live with it?? I hate to be a pain in the rear but it is so hard to find a good hair stylist. Please give me some advice and thank you ahead of time. I STILL HAVE DARK ROOTS!

i have a company party next week, and the dress is cocktail attire. i'm guessing i need to wear a suit for this. does a brown dress shirt go well w/ a black suit (no tie)? i have other color dress shirts, but my nicest shirt is a brown striped (shadow stripes) dress shirt.. would that go well w/ a black suit?

I was thinking about getting a rook piercing tomorrow. But, right now I'm swimming in gym, could my piercing get infected? My gym teacher says that chlorine is good for cleaning out piercings, and he said that it wouldn't get infected. But, I'm not sure if he is correct, I've read a couple other places the same thing, but the majority of people say that you should avoid swimming until the piercing is healed.

Should I wait to get my piercing, or should I be fine?

Ok so lately i have been hit with the reality that i need to really think about what i want to do after i graduate. Things just dont sound appealing to me... i dont want your normal boring job and cosmetology is really interesting me....i can see myself doing it.
