Im kinda stuck as to what my style is at the minute, im 5 foot 2 inches tall and a size 12.. any suggestions whats good for a shorter person at the minute?

In a couple of weeks I am going on a hen weekend and one of the activities organised is a pole dancing lesson. We have been advised that the best clothing to wear would be hotpants, heels and a sleeveless top. Well, that's all well and good for the other girls but I'm of the larger persuasion! I'm not huge ( a 12-14 on top and 18 on bottom) but I really don't think hotpants are a good look on me. Can anyone advise an alternative, bearing in mind I need bear legs? Alternatively I can ban cameras and bite the bullet so to speak, but still need to buy something in a size 18. Does anyone have any bright ideas?!
