I got tinea versicolor (fungi that causes skin discoloration) on my face and body recently and i was wondering if i can burn it and peel it off through sunburn? My dermatologist didnt answer this but she suggested peeling my skin.

I know this isn't such a "smart" question. But I have fat arms, and lots of my clothes unveils my fat arms. Since I don't want to look like a fattie, is there any way to make my arms look thinner by 2 days?

I shave my legs but they always seem to be stubbly... how can I get smooth legs? I tried home waxing but the hair is too tough to pull out :o( Any ideas on how to get nice smooth pins?!

I've heard plastic and metal ones are bad for your hair cos it breaks it. Also wide tooth is supposedly best as it doesn't pull the hair. Only other options are wood or rubber? Any ideas?

and I want a new hair style. What should I get? I don't want it to be above my shoulders. I don't think layering would be good as my sister has similar hair and got this, and the frizzyness of her hair was made worse. I like my natural colour, so I don't want to dye it either. Besides Proactiv is there anything that works well for acne? Someone recommended Nature's Cure (pills). I know BC works but I don't want to start the pill because I be might be trying for kids within the next year.

My mum is 61 and she has always has lovely dark brown hair and barely any grey. Over the past couple of years she has taken to getting blonde highlights, maybe once or twice a year. The last time she had it done, before christmas, the hair stylist put on too much blonde and left it in too long. Over the past couple of weeks it has started to get very dry and brittle. She has decided not to bleach it again but is very down about how its looking at the moment. We got her an intensive conditioning treatment from Lush, and I wondered if getting a semi permanent or temp hair colour close to her natural shade might bring black the glossiness and make it look less brittle. And also cheer her up! Thanks in advance for your advice.
