When choosing a colour a basic rule is to keep to one or two shades at each side of your original tone. It is probably best to try a SEMI-PERMANENT colour first; if you like the result you can choose a Demi-Permanent or Permanent colour next time. You should seek the advice of a professional hairdresser. There are two points to remember when considering a colour change. First, only have a colour change if your hair is in good condition; dry, porous hair absorbs colour too rapidly, leading to a patchy result. Second, your make-up may need changing to suit your new colour.(foil) Lowlighting in heavier slices or chunkier streaks; depending on how much effect you want will create a dramatic effect without having to commmit to a 6 week root retouch. This foil technique will have to be redone every 3 - 4 months.
Semi-Permanent... Will wash out by 2 - 3 months
Demi-Permanent... Will have a bit more staying power (alter normal haircolour some what)
Permanent... Cover grey hair or colour hair permanently (root regrowth is inevitable)
High-Lift Colour... Will lighten hair 4 levels lighter than natural level.

With your coloring, you could do most anything!

Go just a little darker (sandy blond, light brown)- bring out the richness of color in your eyes...

Strawberry Blond (blond/red mix)- a fun change, not too dramatic.
Red or Auburn (dark red, almost brown)- nice contrast with your skin.

True Brown- would look great with your eyes, although you may want to be aware that your eyebrows may look a little odd if you don't darken them to match.

Black- VERY dramatic, but only if you're ready for a HUGE change.

I think a lot of brown low lights added to your blonde hair would make you look warmer and match your eyes and eyebrows. I envy your brown eyes and dark eyebrows and if you put that same color running through your hair would make them all stand out beautifully! It is so hard going from blonde to brown and doing it gradually will help the transformation. Good luck and I hope I helped. E-mail me with whatever you decide and let me know how you liked it.

Jet black or streaked. Jet black dyed over blonde is sexy. Please don't ask me to explain why. Else, streaks are nice if done right, even if it was obviously streaked...that's sexy too...the obvious part. Like, you might go brunnette with some of your natural blonde remaining as streaks. I like girls that are a little bit different and trying different things...not trying to fit in. If you fit in too good, I won't notice you. Neither will the next guy...

I'd say go for a complete change, try auburn. If you have brown eyes and fair skin it would probably look really good.

I personally like strawberry blonde. Or a mix of blonde and browns.

if you wanted to go drastic but with almost definite success, go for a reddish tint to your blonde but then get lowlights in a darker red, like light chesnut or something. red in your hair always makes it look richer. and if it was a little darker it would match up to your eyebrows.

i would deffinitely go with a brown. light brown if you dont want too much of a change but if you are willing to try something drastic then go for a dark brown. also,if you want highlights caramel or copper woudl go great with both colors. well hope whatever you choose to do looks good! = ]
