I went to a new stylist today to have my highlights retouched and low lights put in. I told her my hair takes awhile to process blonde color and when I was done and got home, I couldn't even tell I had anything done to my hair. My friends said the same thing. I feel like I payed $65 dollars for nothing!! Would you go back to the salon and ask her to do it again or would you just suck it up and live with it?? I hate to be a pain in the rear but it is so hard to find a good hair stylist. Please give me some advice and thank you ahead of time. I STILL HAVE DARK ROOTS!

Absolutely go back. You paid for the service and you should be satisfied. It's possible that the new stylist was just a bit too cautious because it was the first time working with your hair. I always tell my first time clients that I expect them to come back if they need anything. Bangs not short enough, blond not blond enough, whatever. I don't get mad or fussy and on the rare occasion someone does need something tweaked I gush all over them and tell them how glad I am they came back and let me fix it. (It's usually that I have left the bang too long) Regardless of what you're unhappy with, you paid for the service. Go back and give the stylist the opportunity to fix it. Once she sees what it takes to get it right, you'll never have the problem again and you won't have to go searching for yet another hairdresser. In our salon, everyone appreciates the opportunity to get things right. It's not being a pain in the rear, it's getting what you paid for. Be sure and tell her it's not light enough and that you still have dark roots. Call her soon. She may not be able to get you in on Saturday but if you wait too long to call back it could be a while before she can get you in. We always try to get people back in immediately. Sometimes it takes a cut or two for us to get used to working with peoples hair so give her the chance to make it right for you. Good luck.

I'm a stylist and I would rather a dissatisfied customer come back and let me fix it than her not tell me. Be as clear as you can with her and if you aren't comfortable letting her do it, let someone else in the salon re-do it or get a refund and go somewhere else. There's no reason to waste that money. Good luck!

hi! That has occurred to my pal in the past, and he or she went lower back to ask to get it fixed. They fixed it to what she needed any did no longer cost her for fixing. i think of you could flow lower back and in a well mannered way tell them your tale and spot in the event that they may cost you. I doubt they might with the aid of fact they tousled. It relies upon on how intense high quality the stylists are. sturdy success ok? i'm hoping your hair gets fixed!
