1. Eyeshadow for your brown eyes - Copper brown that's shimmery, I would stay away from really dark colors 'cause you're new to make up and number two peachy skin just doesn't go with dark colors.
2.since you have peachy skin I would go with a really light pink blush.
3. Since you have black hair I might suggest a purple passion eyeshadow from Origins in the mall.
4. Lip gloss you could start out with a baby pink Good luck!

if i were you i'd buy some dream matte mouse..it works really well on any skin type and then i would get some physicians formula transluent powder to keep your foundation on. Then i would get some dream matte mouse blush in pink frosting which is really pretty and then i would apply some mascara to your top & bottom lashes using L'oreal voluminous and then put on some shimmery beigy white, put on some peppermint chapstick...which feels amazing and then put on some lipgloss like L'Oreal colourjuice in bubble gum. You'll look really good, but not too overdone and then once you've become more familiar with make up you should start wearing some eyeliner like some L"Oreal infinite wear black eyeliner. As you continue wearing it, you'll get better and better at it.

Yay! ok make up tips:
Bronzer is great.
Light eye shadow right on the bone of you eyebrow (right under your brow) and on the inner corner of your eyes will give you a glow.
Matching make up colors with your clothes is a serious no no.
Eye liner is to be put on after eye shadow.
Blush can work mircles, as long as you know how to use it, that, many times, is best under the cheek bones and just a gentle brush on them.
Estee Lauder is WONDERFUL if you have the money, otherwise Almay and LO'real are nice as well.
P.S. Clinque eye shadows rock, but their lip gloss aint all that.

if your just strting out do this. no concealer. traslucent powder. if you have brown eyes golds and coppers will look so cute. youll have to experiment with the right blush for you. go with something light that blends nice if you wear it at all. a little black mascara and some light peachy lip color will be a go starting point. after youve experimented a bit you can try some ewye liner but i wouldnt to start.

Hi
Its true we need to take into considerations our skin type, eyes colour and hair colour. I think you have very nice features so enhance it by focusing attention on your eyes. If you are uncertain as to how to apply. You can go to a comestic counter and get help. Firstly, you need to get the basic products like a compact powder, lipstick, blusher and eyeshadow. Its not always true that the more expensive the products it will be good,
Try lipgloss, light pink blusher for a start.

first pick a foundation that matches you face and neck color, then powder the same color as the foundation for the base, greens always look good with brown eyes and dark hair so may be green eye shadow, try even a peach or darker pink color eye shadow as well to see, a dark brown eye liner pen would look nice around the eyes and may be a deep brown or desert brown lip stick,
other wise go to the local pharmancy or Kmart and try on there tester samples till you find a combo that works for you good luck

natural tones would be great for you. stick with the dark brown for eye shadow, and black for eyeliner. use black mascara when you really want your eyes to be dresses up. Bronzer would be good to enhance the peachiness in you skin. as for blush stick with the dark pick, and the pinky-browns for beautiful natural cheeckbones. accent your lips with a nudey-pink lip colour and your all set to go.

Shade - heavy at night time, light during day time
Hue - a bit lighter to skin color, super light on nose bridge to highlight it.
Application - upward movement so your skin won't sag
Cleaning - thorough, using Eskinol, before going to bed
Rejuvenation - apply skin rejuvenating cream/lotion regularly because skin suffers from harmful chemicals of make up
Note: I don't use make up coz I'm a man. I learned this from female friends.

why do people think that you need their opinions whether or not you should wear makeup? the question is...makeup tips? not "should I wear makeup"?!!! anyways, don't listen to those people who know nothing about makeup. try going to the mall and ask the girls in the makeup department at big stores like Macys etc. usually in the front right when you enter the store. they put makeup on you and tell you how to put them on. I've tried it once.

i wouldn't start wearing too much. definitely mascara (curl your lashes first), maybe some blush, and tinted moisturizer. and lip gloss or chapstick. once you feel more comfortable with makeup you could start putting on soft smudged eyeliner or eyeshadow as well. but only use the amount that you are most comfortable with. makeup isn't about making yourself beautiful, it's highlighting what's you've already got.
