I am a girl and I wear a tie to school because the rules do not say I can't is that wrong or should I skick with the old tridition of "girls don't wear ties" some of my guy friends laugh at me and are like you r a girl they don't wear ties and some are like ohh ohh can I tie your tie your tie really long orreally short plerase!!! so what should I do

Will mascara help or hurt my eyes?

I have dark circle under my eyes, I have a hard time finding concealer and makeup to match my skin tone because it is so unique so I'm thinking about using mascara to make my lashes stand out more and draw attention away from the dark circles, will this have the desired effect of will it just draw more attention to my eye circles? Oh also does anyone have any useful tips for first-time mascara users? I usually get some mascara on the area around my eyes which kind of makes me look like a raccoon. I've heard I shouldn't apply mascara to my bottom lashes, is this ture?

How do I stop my hair from getting wet after swimming in gym class? HELP!?

I have long hair, and I straighten it. I naturally have wavy hair. I CAN'T have my hair wet. I bought this blue speedo swimming cap for when I swim. I'm going to tie my hair in a high, tight bun and then put my swim cap. I don't mind if I get my hair just a litle wet.
Will my hair get wet a lot? - And do you know any tricks I can use for my hair to not be wet?

i have all of these old clothes in my closet. i never wear them. i have big shirts. i have jeans that are too short for me. i have so many summer clothes that i would love too wear this winter and still wear them in the summer. i have shoes that i cant wear because they are too small. i dont have many skirts or dresses, and i heard that people can make long skirts and long sleeve shirts into dresses. can someone tell me how i can make these things new and in style?

I just got bangs that are about almost down to my lips and I dont really like them. Ive never had bangs before so I want to know some cute styles I can do with them. They all wont go back in a ponytail. What are some ways I can pin the back or something or make them look good. I need cute hair ideas!?

I am trying to stop drying out my hair so I am going to stop blow drying it and straigtning it. There is a problem with me letting it air dry though because when it air dries it looks bad so instead I pull it back. So I need some cute ideas for pony tails cause I've tried finding some but I didn't find any. My hair is layerd and goes to a little above my shoulders.
