hey for the people that think I shouldnt get this one and get something that means something to me. I'm going to have my life's saying above it. It is 4 words. so that is the main part of the tattoo. the design there is just to add to it. so yes it will be meaningfull I was just wondering about how long that design would take

Well the outline would probably take about an hour. Then you take a small break. The coloring would take about 1 1/2. So i'd say about 2 1/2 hours.

Since it does not have an intricate design or very many colors I would say that it would only take about 2 - 2 1/2 hours. Most of the time will be due to the size of the tattoo...
I had a backpiece done that was slightly smaller than that but it had many colors in it and a more detailed design to it. It took my tattoo artist about 4 1/2 hours because he wanted to make sure he got the colors just right....

Probably about 1 to 1 1/2 hours. a lot of it depends on the tattoo artist and how fast they work and how long they work without a break.
Good luck with your new tattoo

I also have a lot of tattoos and it really depends on the detailing. If you want it just like the picture I would say about 1.5 to 2 hours.

Maybe an hour maybe an hour and a half. It really depend on what kind of detail you want in it!!!
You may want to consider another tattoo....this type of tattoo is very very common!!

Mine is about that size and it took about an hour its very detailed too. But may I ask why you are going for such a "trendy" tattoo? Why not find one that represents your personality or something you believe in instead of just the going popular thing.
