There are many ways:
1- make sure you use very hot water to open the pores and soften the hairs.
2 - use sensative shaveing gel. You can even get special lady parts shaving gel.
3 - use a very good razor and change the blade regularly
4 - make sure you use some lotion afterwards to reduce irritation, baby oil will do but some moisturising toner will be even better.
5 - make sure you let the skin recover for a good 10 mins before you cover it over again
I hope this helps beat those nasty spots.

I find veet for sensitive skin with aloe vera great but if you insist on shaving use a brand new quality razor every time the mens ones are best believe me, gillette excell is excellent, also use a good shaving foam I use boots own and rarely get a rash but if you shave the area the week before your period you will get a rash easier as your skin is far more sensitive.

There is a product available in the drugstore called bikini zone. It prevents ingrown hairs, rashes and bumps. Also the blue oil that comes with wax kits (also sold seperately) works just as well.

Definitely use baby lotion it works wonders! And it's true that you should use hair removal cream or waxing instead as the area's so sensitive. Also if you have problems with ingrowing hairs use this lotion called tendskin, you can get it at Harvey Nicholls so is expensive (£15) but it really works I couldnt believe it!

You are having this problem because you shave- this area is too sensitve for shaving.. Use a sensitive hair remover such as Nair instead- results will last longer too.
