I am from sunny California, so I don't have a clue about what to wear to a place like New York where it is cold and snows. I am on a budget, so please recommend affordable clothes! i have a darkish kind of blonde [dirty blonde as people say] but im not stupid ...anyway everyone always tells me that i have the best hair because it is so beautiful ....but i always wear it down but im a little tired of that and i want to have more hairstyles than just a ponytail ....any ideas ?

My school requires us to wear the uniform T-Shirt everyday. We cannot wear cutoffs, skirts, short-shorts, shoes higher than 2", and colors other than denim, blue, ash-gray, black or white. Plus we cannot have logos or stripes. I need help to jazz up the drab look. Basicly I wear jeans w/ uniform tee, my hair up in a ponytail, and hoops. I don't have much more than 15-20 minutes to get ready in the morning!

Hi! I'm 15 and thinking about getting my ears pierced. When I was 6 or 7 I had them peirced for about a year but I stopped wearing them beacause I have really really curly hair that tangles easy and was dragging the earrings down. So i stopped, but now I'm thinking about it beacuse I would like to wear earrings at times. Though I'm worried.
After ears are pierced do you always have to keep earrings in them so they won't close up?
Should i get them done and where at?
