Trust me, I think most girls just want to go to work without make up. I hate doing my make up in the morning, I am just too tired.
Honestly, use a little mascara and use a light brown/neutral color on your eyes. Don't use eyeliner, it looks a little trashy when it comes to work. Use some peach blush and a peach lipstick. Keep it simple and clean. It shouldn't take more than 5 minutes.

Where are you working? I'm not a big fan of makeup either, but it's possible to go with a little/natural looking, which is what I do.
I'd suggest you go to a makeup counter and tell them you want a natural look.
Be sure your eyebrows are plucked (well groomed eyebrows can really open your eyes and face). I wear foundation, concealer if I have acne, blush, mascara and a little lip gloss. Not enough to be obvious, but enough to hide any problems, unevenness of skin, etc.

where do you work?
I work at a bank and this is what I wear:
light brown / tan eyeshadow, brown eyeliner, curl my eyelashes, a little bit of black masscara (usually only one application), some lip plumper and chapstick and i'll apply lipgloss throughout the day.
As long as you don't go overboard, whatever you're wearing is fine. Im sure you can go bare faced, too. But, if you don't want to, what I just described only takes about 10 min's to apply.
:) makeup is fun!

One soft brush of mascara in your hair color or light brown if your a blonde or light red-head. A light sweep of natural toned eyeshadow. A natural shade of sheer lipstick to keep your lips from drying out in the office a/c and heat. A little blush in a neutral or peach shade. For a really good look, try Bare Minerals if your budget can stand it. Best for your skin and it looks natural.

Cover blemishes with a concealer, Use loose powder to get rid of shininess, blush or bronzer depending on your skintone to liven up your complexion, mascara with curled lashes, and a nice natural yet shimmery lipgloss. You can also use white eyeliner to line your bottom lash line (the moist little strip next to your eye) to make your eyes look bigger and whiter when they look red from not getting enough sleep. You'll look fresh and wide awake without looking done up!

You can go bare faced if you want. However, if you really want to start try wearing a low key lipstick/lipgloss and some black mascara. Oh, and curl your eyelashes to really make your eyes pop.

Just wear the basics and anything else you feel comfortable with. I would suggest wearing mascara, lipstick, and maybe a little blush.

I think it also depends on where you work and what your company's dress code. I personally wear minimal make-up, more natural looking. When we have events at work, I tend to wear more - but not as much as I would if I were going out at night.

Enough to look professional. Probably lipstick and a little mascara? Just don't look like you rolled out of bed.

I wear black mascara and sheer lip gloss. It looks polished without looking over-done.
