No, The hair grows back the same way but it says away longer and it doesn't hurt after a while.

Yes not only thinner,plucking will make the hair stop growing. It happened to my sister and my aunt with their eyebrows, they quit growing back, so be careful how much you pluck

I plucked hairs from my eyebrows as a teenager and no longer need to. I assume they quit growing because I no longer get bushy.

depends on what part of ur body, if u're talking eyebrows u have to be careful with the plucking coz if not done right it will permanently damage the roots and they'll never grow back.
