I want to make my eyes look bigger by using dark eyeliner. HELP!

I love Ultra Liner from Maybelline. It's a liquid eyeliner and doesn't smear at all after it dries. It is applied with a brush though, some people like the kinds with marker-like applicators. I've never come across a pencil eyeliner that doesn't smudge but Estee Lauder's Artist's Eye pencils had the nicest color and texture.

Maybelline used to make a great 'waterproof' "ultra liner" eyeliner that I would wear when I would scuba-dive. They changed the formula and now it sux. It dries and flakes off like plastic strips.
However, Maybelline's "Great lash" 'waterproof' mascara is still the same great product so....
I use the tip of the mascara brush to line my eyes with the waterproof mascara. It works great and
lasts all day.

i've got been donning Liquid Eyeliner in Black...Loreal in basic terms! this is the appropriate, it does not smear actual..continues to be on all day. i've got even fallen asleep with out washing it off, this is nonetheless on as quickly as I wide awake. only make certain you get the liquid in the gold tube...the tip sounds like a pencil even though this is totally versatile. If this could be your first time to apply liquid, use certainly one of your pencils first...then hint over with Loreal liquid! solid success!

Revlon's 12 hour colorstay eyeliner. It's the only one that hasn't smudged or given me racoon eyes. It has a felt tip which makes it easier to control and use accordingly.

for me its Loreal Lineur Intense liquid eye liner. It works the best for me and doesnt run even when Im out at the club (thats usually when makeup smears) It works better than even the department store ones!

i love christian dior waterproof pencil eyeliner, its very hard to find any make up product that doesnt smudge and this one is no differetn if the right force is applied it will of course smudge but things like water, sweat, materials such as a jumper passing over your head wont budge this one!
