I heard when a person has fuller lips its better for kissing and when a person has small, thin lips it's not as good or not good. and for ppl who have small lips how do you make it better?

My 14 year old daughter has naturally (med) blonde hair that is dyed black. We do the color at home,as we cannot afford to have done at a salon.
She would like to go lighter now and we did try a color that showed that she could acheive the shade she wanted going from the black she currently has, but it didn't work at all. Can anyone recommend a certain brand/shade that we will have success with?PLEASE HELP!!

I have this blonde medium lenght hair and a kinda oval type face. I'd really like to have my hair cut short but i'm not quite sure if the type of the hair cut will suit my face format. Could you guys help me?

I'm an average girl but I feel like I've gain more weight over the summer. My legs, arms, and stomach have gotten a little bigger.....how can I make them skinner? Don't get me wrong...I LOVE my body just the way it is but I feel like I need to lose a little weight on my thighs, legs, arms, and stomach. Any suggestions? Also...do u know hwo to get nice curves?

p.s- what are pilates and cardio?

I'm looking for a new foundation for my normail to dry fair usually clear complexion. I want something that looks natural, is easy to put on, and blends into my colr so it isn't heavy or masklike. I have tried Clinique Perfectly Real which I like and MAC Studio Fix which is ok but I'm not sure it is the right color. Any tips on wich foundation I should use? Please don't say Bare Escentuals, I'm tired of the hype.

I got one on my chest a yin yang, now i wanna get two more. I got some kanji(jap) symbols, but any other very different ideas will be appreciated, something related to sun or a good sentence in a diffrenet language than english. Well, there was a language barrier with the first lady and she didn't understand what I wanted... she basically gave me a layered/feminine mullet!!!!!!

Then the 2nd lady (about 3 weeks later) tried to fix it, but ended up mostly chopping it all off, short (about shoulder length), and cutting too many bangs. :(

I originally wanted "long layers" and "sideswept bangs," but didn't know these terms until later. My hair looks ridiculous. Still "mullet-y," and I have these uneven, choppy bangs (about to my eyebrows) that span too wide from left to right, and start too far back on my head! What can I do??

i got a tattoo on the top of my foot a week ago and its hard and bumpy... i have two others one BIG one on my chest and a medium on my upper back... they both stayed soft and flaked... my boyfriend has several also and says its fine but it makes me nervous...

i have been looking for a mineral powder foundation that doesnt leave my face shiny and glowing too much.
i have heard that mineralogics mineral powder foundation gives good coverage without the shine.
