White teeth can change your appearance and are very important in being a part of your first imprssion, Taking care of yourself is important and can show alot about who you are. Your teeth are very important. try using a leave on enhancer that slowly bleaches your teeth to your desired whiteness.

White teeth can change an impression immediately. They "say" that the person with them is put together, cares about themselves (i.e. takes care of personal hygiene and respects their body) and they are aware of their personal appearance.

I don't suggest paying to have it done at a dentist necessarily, just get a Whitestrips kit and do it a few times at home and then follow up by using a whitening toothpaste and whitening gum if you chew gum.

Try and brush your teeth after:
heavily dyed foods (popsicles etc.)
red wine
coffee
tea
sodas

If you can't brush your teeth, try chewing sugar free gum or eating an apple.

crest white strips suck...I got the Zoom whitening done at the dentists office..it was around 300 bucks but it was definitely worth it..people always compliment me on my teeth..and I smile all the time now..
