I am afraid not. You may well steam off some water but as soon as you have a drink it will all go back on.

Sorry babe, if you have fat legs then do some leg exercises to tone the muscles and give better definition.
Power walking uphill: hard work and makes you sweat. also good for the heart. 20 minutes a day for the rest of your life.

Definately not. If you hate your leg try to focus on exercising and toning to get the results you desire rather than a quick miracle fix. The proper exercises will give you definition, reduce excess weight and help you to accept your appearance.

I wouldn't use cling film. Get the right thing for the job so you don't do yourself harm.

I haven't used it myself, but I know from others that it does work. Maybe more expensive, but at least you have proper directions and instructions.

Dont be completely idiotic! One wrestler in high school wrapped his whole body in clng wrap to loose weight for a match and died! It does nothing but make you sweat out water, water you need to survive. Wanna loose weight? Want better legs?? JOG!

don't be daft. I think every teenage girl in the world has tried this at somepoint. However speaking from experience it does nothing there is however a professional treatment which is similar which a friends tried and worked.

I think so. You leave them wrapped up for a while and I think they get hot and sweat off some weight. Not certain that's how it works but it is something people do in spa's so must work.
