I will be deploying to Iraq in October and I'm looking for a recommendation for a high-SPF moisturizer. My skin isn't sensitive and more on the dry side. I'm 42 and am trying to prevent any further damage to my skin. Any ideas?

I'm not talking about the old ones that were ugly with the thick pads. These are the new colored, lacy ones they are selling in Victoria's secret. The pads are thin, dry, comfy - according to my daughter. She says they are better than the sticky kind of pads because they:
- don't stick on her body by accident
- don't require tight, uncomfortable panties
- can be worn without undies if you want

Anyway, I'm not selling them - but am curious if any other women have run across them or tried them? Do they work well?
Tampon users can sit this out... does not apply to you - thank you.

i have not cut my hair for an entire year! (i know that is disgusting, but my hair grows soooo slowly, it is the first time I have attained actual "long" hair since i was about 10)

i am not nervous about trying new styles- in fact, I want to!
but my boyfriend has indicated that he would prefer i keep my hair similar to how it is now. (which makes me feel restrained! although it shouldn't)

I know they say drinking lots of water is good for great skin but I have the worst bladder imaginable so I pee like a dog when I drink just less than half a liter a day.What are some really great ways to get clear skin?I use Loreal Pure Zone exfoliator and toner,that special new stuff which works pretty well but I still have imperfections in my t-zone,nothing noticable until you get pretty close.Any suggestions would be greatly appriciated.

honestly. i think its kind of funny. but on the other hand it really bothers me that everyone in my school thinks that it is the real world when instead it is some kind of strange imitation of the world inside of a building where all of these hormone crazy teenagers try to be "sophisticated." high school is high school and we are still kids. and when we are eighty years old it won't matter whether or not everyone thought we were "cool" when we were sixteen.

Lately no matter what shampoo and conditioner I use my hair always looks dull,frizzy and oily.I have very thick and coarse chocolate brown hair with blonde streaks and it uses to have an amazing shine but not I just don't know what I'm doing wrong?Are there any products out there anyone can recommend???I hate to leave the house with hair like this.

I can't remember ... but how many watts is a GOOD blow dryer suppose to be? I bought one that was 1875watts but I do not know if that is a good one.... I don't want one that will fry my hair....
