can a 16 yr old lose 37-40pounds by eating healthydoing an hr or1.5hrs of lotteberk/quickcallanetics 4x a week 45mins callanetics/lotte berk method 3x aweek plus a walk 3x aweek and dance practice everyday for an hr and horse back riding 3x a week and not have loose hanging flabby skin? how about 40-50 pounds?

yes! keep active! (sounds like you already are) Make sure you are eating less than your daily BMR. To calculate your BMR go here: http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calculator/
also, since you are quite active you can follow the link on that page after you calculate your BMR and calculate your daily calorie needs also. I started losing weight like crazy once I understood how many calories my body burns vs how many I was taking in! (this link will tell you how much you burn).

The whole idea is to burn more calories than you are taking in. If you are eating healthy (no cheating) and exercising like a maniac, then it is possible to lose lots of weight...just don't do it too fast because it isn't healthy...losing too fast could cause hanging skin.

That's a lot of activity! Make sure that you're eating enough to support that activity otherwise your body will start burning muscle instead of fat. You can talk to your doctor about what a healthy balance should be for you.

don't make your own diet/exercise plan. Consult someone like the gym nutritionist. Too much activities may send you to the hospital. 40 lbs may take you 10 months.

wow if you think you can do all that!! as for the skin, it depends on how your skin streched out but judging by your age you shouldn't have flabby skin
