Take hair, skin, and nail vitamins. You can treat your skin from the outside with exfoliators and such, but water is definitely the best way to get "glowing skin". I have an active bladder, too, but once you get past the first week or two it becomes more of a habit and less of an inconvenience.

For some reason when I drink a glass of water bright and early in the morning my skin is better than when I drink water all day without the cup early in the morning. I assume you can drink a glass early in the morning to help improve your skin without all the cups during the day since it works for me, also washing your face in cold water instead of hot also makes your pores look smaller and in turn gives your skin a smoother appearance. You can also use ice on your face to minimize the appearance of pores.

i drink tons of water, and pee like crazy!
but my skin is not great anyway. i think that staying hydrated is definitely good for your skin, but so is getting enough sleep, exercise, vitamins, and just genetics. ( i am still a bit acne-prone :S i don't think water will change that)
everybody has different skin care routines that works well for them (as far as products go)
i think that the best is to figure out what works for YOU. haha sorry for the cliche answer, i just think its true from my experience.

Use Vitamin E oil, it is cheap and works great. Drinking water is great. If you have bladder problems, you need to drink a lot of water. If you are having trouble with urinary incontinence, you should see a Urologist.

No, you could always find someone else with nice skin, then kill them and skin them. Then you'd have nice skin and if you tan it properly it could last a lifetime!
Just drink the water and see your doctor about your bladder. Sounds more like a medical issue down there than a skin issue.
