Lately no matter what shampoo and conditioner I use my hair always looks dull, frizzy and oily.I have very thick and coarse chocolate brown hair with blonde streaks and it uses to have an amazing shine but not I just don't know what I'm doing wrong? Are there any products out there anyone can recommend???I hate to leave the house with hair like this.

Get a clarifying shampoo to wash all the residue out of your hair. Try Neutrogena's Anti-Residue shampoo. Use it with a light weight conditioner only on your ends. Get a weekly or monthly treatment for your hair, and don't apply it to the scalp. Stay away from styling products and excess heat from dryers and curling irons, flat irons, or whatever. Give your hair a month to recover before you torture it again with hairspray and heat.
Then invest in some good products for your hair type. Mix and match to get the right combination for you. Oily scalp and dry ends need a clarifying shampoo and heavier conditioner, but only on the ends.
I recommend Neutrogena products, they are great for problems. Also try whatever your stylist recommends. They know what they are talking about. You might want to stay away from heavy products like Pantene. It leaves a residue in your hair, while it makes it shiny and soft, it's probably too much for your scalp.

I would recccomend Optimum's Oil Therapy products http://www.softsheencarson.com/?c=13&category=44.
They give you hair the moisture it needs as well as a nice shine without weighing it down.
Maybe your washing it too much, assuming that your black you really only need to wash your hair every other week. Use a moisturizing shampoo (Organic Root Stimulator Creamy Aloe Shampoo is really great) & use a deep conditioner. Avoid heat - let your hair air dry instead of blow dry. Also limit the amount of chemical treatments.

First, try using a clarifing shampoo. This will remove any build up on your hair.It even comes in daily use. There are many clarifing shampoos to choose from.
Then use some frizz ease,it will tame the frizz and add shine.

Quit blowdrying if you are. Quit the curling iron if you are using it too. Find and buy a wide eye tooth comb. Glass 1 By Redken may be of some help. Costed me $11.00
at a Salon.

Quit perming too! Be natural, quit the hair dye! Be a natural!

I have tried many shampoos. The one I found that works best is Thermasilk the shampoo and conditioner for color treated hair.

Go to a registered Cosmetologist and ask them the question. They will examine your hair and tell you just what to do. Answering a question like that is like a cyber link doctor, they can't see you.
If you can't afford a Cosmetologist, go to a beauty supply store, they have registered Cosmetologists there ready to help.
