Trying to find a texture medium to put onto canvas, then paint.
Mud/plaster wont work because it will crack and eventually fall off. I have heard of using silica gel, but cannot find it anywhere. Also need to cover a canvas about 6' x 4'. Will be painting over it w/ acrylic and acrylic fluid medium.
It needs to be formable/workable for a short amount of time and dry hard. Also on a budget.
Any ideas?

One with a waterfall is a painting by Moran 1922 it is dated.About frame size, that was hidden behind the painting shown in the other picture. The other painting has no name, date or anything.Just know it was in front of the Moran painting. Also I have included a picture of an old piano in fairly good shape. It was from the Boston Piano Company I think.Any help on these items or info would be great.Values are appreciated as well but really just curious about them. Thanks~!

I have seen this painting only in one place, a hospital, and have never been able to find it. It has Mary holding Black Jesus baby, maybe he looks 9 months old, and he is turned from her looking directly at the viewer of the painting, very life like. This painting created an epiphany in my life, when my wife was dying, and I would like to see if I can find it on the net. thank you!

I am creating a two part painting that will need to have both parts parallel and it is best if none of the image is hidden and there is no border. The images are on watercolor board in acrylic.

If these were on canvases, it would be easy to hang them. But this part is complicated. i need to draw both images before painting, but i would like to cut off the border to do that.

Suppose I wanted an _original_ Monet painting to hang in my house. Not a not a copy painting, an original by Claude Monet himself. How much would this cost? Yes, there's a range -- what would it be? And yes, I expect it's expensive.

Road in the Woods was painted by Jan Brueghel in the 15th century. It is an excellent example of how multiple elements and principles work together to create this outstanding masterpiece. Study this painting, jotting down notes as go. Review the list of elements and principles of art and search for ways that this artist has incorportated them in this painting. It would probably be helpful to you to view the larger image of this painting that is found on the previous page. There is also a list of the elements, the principles, and perspective located under the painting.

I paint ceramic figurines. They are very unique. How can I get a company to market these items. I have many orders from people who want to buy them and I have a hard time keeping up with all of the painting that I have to do. What can I do to keep up? I work a full time job in the day and stay up almost all night painting the ceramic figures. I have to start painting months before a certain holiday comes into order to have enough items. Does anyone have any advice for me. Maybe mass producing or something. Maybe a company will become interested and do the mass producing to save my fingers from breaking off because of so much painting.
Any advice is very much appreciated!
