or beaten gold, the painting is off in some parts where it shows the wood beneath it and I would like to touch is up myself with gold leaf I can not afford an expert. My questions are:
1. Do you know of a website that gives you step by step instructions on how to do this?
2. Can real gold pain come in liquid or spray form.
3. Can I paint over the gold that is already there?
4. If I use gold spray paint will that decrease the value of the furniture?

I am wanting to do a set of paintings using the word "Small" and "Large". However I am afraid it might have been done and my instructor will just think I am knocking off someone's work.

Does anyone know of such work out there and if so, can you post a link so I can see if it is the same as what I am thinking of doing?

I visited the New Orleans Museum of Art (for an art paper). I chose to write on Pablo Picasso's: The Dreamer (La Reveuse) 1947. It a painting in oil of a distorted face (uses lots of blues). After researching for 2 hrs. I come to a conclusion that this painting does not exist. Instead "The Dream" (the popular painting of his mistress appears). I wrote down exactly what was written at the museum. Can anyone Help?

What's with the CANVAS? It's easier to paint on THICK PAPER or any papers. And in Canvas is harder...

I have an innate talent of drawing and painting. I can make great paintings so much better than those of Leonardo daVinchi, monet, and so much better than a lot of other old painters. But there is no way for me to be recognized unless I'm dead more than 50 years ago. What's up with that?
