Any proper formet that I should follow? I watched the play two weeks ago and I have to write the review for my class but not sure how to write as "Newspaper Style" and to focus on stage, actors, and the setting? Are there any review sample that I could use? Please do let me know if you have any information?

Hi, my community theatre is putting on High School Musical and it's going to be huge. We wanted to make a confetti shower over the audience (or onstage at least) during the "We're All In This Together" closing number. Is there a machine or service that can do this?

Okay, first thanks for actually reading this.

I have to do this essay about Romeo and Friar Lawrence's relationship in Act 3.

But, I need help with the right words. I want to say that their relationship is like a priest/friar and a _______.

I'm not sure what the right word is.
In other words, what do you call a person that goes to a friar?

Please and thank you in advance. (:

My mom is directing the play Aladdin Jr. at my school. So naturally when i try out everyone is all like you willl probally get Jasmine because your mom is the director. But the thing is My mom doesn't get to grade me only the other judges So i do get the Part fair and square. But they seem to not be able to realize that. So far this week people have been flipping me off and calling me cuss words and i hate it. During rehearshal they are all mean to me! I don't get it what did I do. Everyone says that Marissa should have gotten the part cause she is a better actress and singer. Her best friend is trying to start a petition to get me out of the part. What should i do I just feel like Quitting and letting her have the part. What should i do? Should i give up or try to keep the part.

In drama class my classmates voted me best actor by my classmates on the first day of acting, and I had scored a 100% on my acting score (For bonus points). Two of my male partners and I played a female role while the female played the narrator. I was partner As wife, and partner A had a dead girlfriend who was also a played a partner B a male. (So you saw us it looked like we were in a gay scene. No offense to homosexuals.)
We didn’t have to remember our lines at the time and could read our lines straight from the paper, but I had learned two of my lines early on, while most just read from the paper. Tomorrow I will have to remember my lines for the play

I have almost remembered four of my lines, but every now and then I mess up those lines, slightly altering it. So does anyone have any techniques to remember a large role of fourteen lines within a day?
My other question is how do I motivate a person in my class and acting partner to get more motivated into acting

I will be playing both Titania and Hippolyta.....any suggestions on how to make each character different? It is a staged reading, and not a full performance, so there can be no costume changes.

I have a 7 year old daughter and she really seems to have a talent/passion for performing. No...not being a biased stage Mom...I've been told by people that meet her and what I watch her do at home. I would like to find out about agencies or information for getting her started. I know there are "modeling agencies" out there but you end paying more money and it's a scam!

Any ideas? Suggestions? Warnings?

Thanks!

My broadcasting professors told me to make a demo and that I could make great money at voice work. I'm currently working on making my demo with a professional voice over artist now. I'm just curious as to how well other people do with this career. I'll probably obviously need a full-time career besides this right? Is it even possible, or will voice over work take up all of my time?
