I;m looking for shops that sell fake weapons and tarot cards, fake blood, fake razors, things for a film thats coming up this week any information about shops such as websites, locations, and phone numbers will be helpfull in anyway. planning on taking the one-week teen workshop at nyfa in hollywood...acting for film....has anyone done this before? i went to their open house and it sounded pretty good, but ive been reading on here that nyfa isnt really the best choice. please note that i am a complete beginner...how are they with that? the workshop curriculum says that they are compatible with beginners but i am still a bit intimidated. do you think itll be a good investment? after all, it IS 1000$...

ok i am auditioning for my school play, i have confidence that i will make it. But at the try outs... we have to read the script cold, like they give it to us that day and we jsut read it, i am a little worried that i might read something the wrong way, like read as if i am sad, when it is supposed to be read as if i was happy. So doe sanybody have a slice of a script from anything that i can just look over so i dont mess everthing up on tuesday...?

Can you give me options for this thing im doing for my brothers lunch at school and its during my recess (11:10-11:25). see, me and my friends go up on stage and entertain the kids while they eat but we have so little time and we try to impress the principal. there was times when we did an american idol for the show and we do stuff kind of like a skit but we did concerts and stuff. Okay, I'm looking for an African-American actor who seems rough on the outside but is really a kind and intelligent man. He has to also seem like a trusting person with morals.
As for appearences, he must be tall and muscular. I've already stated that he must be African-American but it will also be okay if the actor is muslim. Othello should look like he could easily defend himself in the case of an emergency.
Othello is a general (a very good one at that) and is also married to a white woman, who he ends up killing in cold blood. This actor must seem capable of doing this.
Please do not suggest any actors who have already played the role, whether it be in a movie or on stage.
