this here is for speech, an intrepretation it's when you read something speak for the characters. I can do a "Dramatic Interpretation" or a "Humerous" or "Duo Interpretation" (i don't want to do Duo because I don't have enough time to practice w/ a partner) You are not suppose to move feet feet from w/ though, it's called "acting from the waist up" and mine need to be 5 minutes long.

Problem is: I don't know what I should do my reading on for the interpretation!
-got any suggestions?

Do you see a difference in the two? I personaly think theater is like a movie theater and theatre is like a live production theatre.

Untitled

She dances without music
She sings without the song
She frolicks through the grassy hills
As the day is long
And if you chance to see her
Remember what I've said
She continues living
Even though she's dead

I am going to audition for my high school musical at either the middle or end of October. For the auditon process, along with saying lines (which I don't have too much trouble with), and sing either "My Country Tis of Thee" or I think "The Star Spangled Banner."

My voice isn't that great, but I would love to be a part of the play (which, by the way, is called The Boyfriend.) What are some tips to help me improve my range and pitch?

I have to write an essay on anything relating to music. Since I am a huge fan of Broadway musicals, I thought I'd tie it in. Any suggestions of composers to do, or shows in particular? Thanks!
