Shirley temple won an Honorary Juvenile Award in 1934, at age 6. This "Child Oscar" was first awarded for work in 1934 and continued sporadically until 1960. The trophy itself was a miniature statuette, although this practice was criticised and Shirley Temple was given a full-sized statue some time later.
