"What do you get if you multiply six by nine" is of course off question (so is "What do you get if you multiply six by seven"). Come on guys, after all we ARE the inhabitants of the Earth :).

Studies recently have shown that as a result of our society’s fantasy with cleanliness children are growing up with weak immune systems. This is because their parents have been keeping the environment so sterile that when they do come in contact with disease they have no way to fight it.

Keeping this in mind is our safety culture making us weak?

What I mean is this, in the past there were no weight restrictions on lifting things (unlike now where at work you are no allowed to lift anymore than 20 kg), there were no air bag systems or ABS in cars, There was no very effective anti-bacterial chemicals, etc.

So is our health and safety culture making us as a race (the western world) weaker and more fragile or is it helping us to grow stronger? And what (if anything) should be done about it?

PLEASE do not quote injury statistics to back up your argument. That is not the point of the question.

Serious answers only and please explain your answers.

I thank you in advance.

Do you believe that we evolved from monkies? I do, but does that mean I don't believe in God? Evolution is very logical, and we have proof of most of it. Do you choose just to ignore all the evidence? If so, why?

I am a Christian involved in reaching people for Christ in my own community and I am genuinly interested in hearing answers to the question. It seems that for too long we have thought that no one had answers but us, so we never listened to what anyone else had to say.

in reincarnation, would we take good care of our planet?
Many people, like a couple of billion, seem to view Earth as a pit stop on the way to a better place. If we thought that we would return would we try to keep it nice for our arrival?
I am not asking is reincarnation true. I am asking if it were true would the environmental impact we make on our planet be as biologically devastating, as it is now.

for example an atheist nihilist vs. fundamentalist christian.

im not even going to explain how the christian is wrong its too long and too easy.

but the nihilist atheist is also wrong because its an extreme. and they beleive that ife has no meaning. yet for some unexplained reason we are all here, and so is everything else in the 3rd dimention. and they think they know everything, yet they have so many questions that cant be answered. and the answers lie in quantom mechanics. it basicaly shows that there is an unexplained force creating string of energy but they cant figure out what because it slips in and out of physical existence.

so neither is right if take to an extreme with only a onesided view. it take a blance of both. there is more than what we perceive and more than the human mind can even begin to understand
