why? there is no inherent 'why'. your 'why' is your life in the everyday world, the stances you take and beliefs you have as reflected in everyday action.
what? a person living in the world connected yet seperate to everything
how? through everyday living, not through anything absolute or supernatural or objective.

Why? Because it is what you enjoy, what makes you feel valued, what fulfills you, what trips your trigger, what you are comfortable with and what you feel like you deserve based on your opinion of yourself and your self worth.

How? Consciousness interacting with quantum reality to bring forth the spiritual into physical existence to SHOW you what you are and how you are and why you are.
