Love may or may not end up in marriage. It depends on your life situations, your commitments and seriousness to go a step further.
Love and marriage is not only about being together and having sex. That's a very narrow-minded attitude. Love and marriage is about two people being one. It's about sharing everything between each other- good and bad times, helping each other out, finding a way out together rather than leaving each other when things don't work out. I mean there are times when separation is necessary, for instance if trust is lost, if one is abused, and when things go really out of hand, etc...
But generally speaking, love and marriage is a very strong bond that needs equal amount of contribution from both man and a woman to sustain it.
