because for me, family is a source of stress and I don't see where the happier and healthier applies. If anything I am getting sick as a result of. And please don't tell me it's because they are there for you during an emergency because that is not my experience either.

I wish to continue my blacksmithing but there is so little need for blacksmiths. The only reason I do it is to preserve my heritage and maintain the secrecy of our family steel forgeing techniques(i.e swordsmithing.) I feel as if me being a blacksmith is losing its purpose.

What do you think? If a person cheerfully and willingly does something to help another and finds some kind of personal satisfaction in it are they more caring than a person who begrudgingly performs an action in behalf of another? Does sacrificing time and/or resources indicate a greater level of caring than just offering time, kindness and service?

There is a debate raging in our household regarding this topic. Neutral parties' opinions are greatly appreciated.

If GOD were to return tomorrow and made his appearance at the Vatican to bring a message to us...
His message is as follow...
Seeing what humanity has become is breaking his heart and unless we can rectify the situation, he will die from a broken heart within 12 months.
He wants nothing less than the 6 billion of us to convert to Judaism or Christianity and follow the bible to the letter of the word.
