God has a plan. We do not know what his plan is. Some things that happen in our lives, happen to affect the lives of other people. We may never even see who the person may be, or how they are affected by the things that happen. Some times we do see why something may have happened in our life to change a situation, or thought process in some one elses. Just the same way that other people do not understand why things happen in their life, but it may have an impact on our lives. These people may never see the impact that what they go through may have on us. It's much easier to understand life's occurences if we can actually see why these things have happened later on in our lives when God places us where we need to be and we as humans are too stubborn by nature to have taken a certain path that would have led us there if we had been paying more attention. Anger, hurt and other emotions certainly can lead us to blame God for the pain we are suffering at the time these things are going on. That is a normal human reaction. Then, if we can realize that God is in total control of everything, and some times we can't understand His plan for our future, and every one else that may experience a change in their life, (no matter if it is big or small) the blame directed toward God maybe replaced by an understanding of His ultimate plan for all of us. Blaming God is common, but then later we may be fortuate enough to see what the reason was, if not for us, for some one else.

If you believe that God is all powerful and in pre-destination then you would attribute all things to God. Whether the occurrences are good or bad, if they are pre-destined then they are in God's control only.
Many people say, "everything happens for a reason." The only one who can make everything happen for a reason is God.
I have to say that I do not believe that God has pre-determined everything. God allows us to have free will and if we have that freedom than so does everything else. That is why things happen that we would prefer not to happen. These things are not under some elaborate plan.
I do believe that some things happen for a reason, but definitely not all things.
Take care,
Troy

Because it's convenient?
The real answer is probably because in the Jewish tradition, the idea is that if you do the good, you get the good (sort of like Karma). If you're referring to "we" to mean Americans, then the major philosophy of the great majority of the people in this country were raised in Christianity, Judaism or Islam, which means that they are all based on Judaism's beliefs. So, if something goes wrong, we say to God, "Why? What did i do? i didn't do anything! You must have done it!"

Well if God made us that would make us his children. So we as his children tend to blame are parents for are life struggles. Even thought we were given the right of free will.

Well, I think because most of the world believes that if God exists then he must be sovereign over us. We forget about our and others free will. God doesn't want all the bad stuff to happen, he allows it because we choose our will over his own. Why does he allow us to have free will, if we keep on hurting others and ourselves? The best answer I have for that is he doesn't want humans to be robots, if we were robots than we couldn't choose to love him, or have relationship with him we would be programed to love him and have relationship with him. His greatest desire if for us to love him and pursue relationship with us by our own free will.

If he created everything, including us...
That's make him responsible for everything.
I would like to see GOD (just once) take responsability for something.
You don't just create a man and a woman and leave them there to deal with all the problems of the world.
He created things... but took no responsability for any of it.
Us humans, have to be responsible for everything.
That's the difference.

about freewill and the devil.
