By the time the US entered WWl:
a - both sides were weary of this war that was bloodier than the American Civil War.
b - the Germans were already on the run and the US came just in time to help with the rout.
c - it had ground to a stalemate with no side threatening the other with defeat.
d - the Allies were defeating the Germans in the Netherlands, but the French line had broken near the Swiss border.

Ok...so I have teacher who is a cold hard BETCH...anyway I'm trying to find primary sources (online) about James Madison...any ideas as to where I should go...
