Henry Plummer, who was the sheriff of a town in Montana but had an outlaw gang called "The Innocents" on the side.

Briana's answer may actually be the only one. After thinking for about 10 minutes I went to Wikipedia and guess what, under "P" in 'Famous Western Outlaws' it is blank!
