Apparently people think that if you are from Africa then you are Black. Which is not true for Egyptians and Other Arab People. My Aunt is From Morocco and She has the same skin tone as the link you posted. Mostly like you said the Nubian's were Black. I totally agree with you on this. :)

At one stage of it's history Egypt was ruled by Nubian Pharaohs. Egyptian art depicts some black people along with the copper coloured ones.

Well technically Egypt is in Africa (though so is South Africa). The people there do have darker complexions than say Europeans.
