Dancing

I ask this because it hit's people like dancers and my daughter is showing signs, she's only 14 but obsessed with dance. What are the things that go through your mind?

Are they the same? I am 13 and Singaporean and wish to take up Ballet lesson. However, my parents are against it. I wish to tell them more about Ballet and its wonderful things, but what Ballet is all about. What is so wonderful about Ballet.
I wish to start Ballet as soon as possible. But I don't think they will let me join classes this year... Maybe next time, I guess...
So why do you love Ballet? Is it fun?
Well, how do I convine my parents. They think I am too old for Ballet. Tell me!
Actually, I don't even dare to start this conversation as I have already have my piano lesson and Guzheng as CCA after I urged them for weeks and they thought I am too greedy and want to learn everything.
Well, I have two CCAs, Chinese Dance and Guzheng and there are practise a total of 7h 30min a week+my piano lesson, 30min a week. Do you think I can cope? I think I can but my parents think it is too busy...
But I love Ballet! I keep thinking of it! How can I urge?

The dance is Turkish or perhaps Greek. The men squat while kicking out their legs. They have huge bushy mustaches and wear those huge billowy pants. The women dance in lines with scarves.

I know I probally sound crazy, but I can see this dance perfectly in my head. It's the kind of dancing you would picture while listening to Mozart's Rondo alla Turca. If you've never heard it, here's a link.

I am under 18. I am afraid to go on stage on Saturday. Its a dance performance. I have never been on stage. I am also doing a stunt with the group and I am worried I will mess it up. I can't just leave it either...

I like to dance hip-hop. When I go to partys and I start dancing, many girls look at me and I think their liking how I dance. When I go talk to them they tell me I look good. I dont know if girls like me cause I dance good or because they like how I look.

i can't seem to get off the floor high enough or extend my front leg(barely at all)
i am still in the stage of a pithetic tripelet extend one leg forward then quickly swing it back while extending the other leg forward

oKaY, so I have to choreograph a dance before March 1st!! I know I can do it, but I just need some tips. My partner and I don't have much time to dance together so should we do some kind of dance off so we can make up our own moves on our own time??
