Hi does anyone know where I can find pole dancing lessons near Carmarthen in Sout Wales, Swansea would be great as it isn't too far to go.

I can't dance for crap. I'm a freshman at highschool, and I want to start going to dances but I can't dance, I'm really bad at it. Is there any way I can get better without having to get lessons?

i was wondering if it is ever too late to learn ballet. All of my friends who currently dance have started when they were 4 and 5 and I know most ballet dancers start around then as well. Im not COMPLETELY new to dance. I took jazz dance for around a year and im not as stiff as a board either. Would it be impossible to reach the level they're at, and still keep school in focus, if i started now? (im 14..)

im in HIghschool Musical and we have a lot of chorepgraphy and hard one too. i had a FIVE HOUR rehersla yesterday and i can barely walk because my thighs hurt sooo bad! i think its cuz i'm not used to dancing and i dont work out a lot and i really want to know what works for sore legs???have rehersal on tuesday and i dont want a repeat of today. any way to prevent it?

I am a guy of Indian origin living in America. When I was back in India, I and my friends used to party a lot, get drunk and dance. Thing is I always used to dance with others.

But when I came to the US, I hit the pubs a couple of times with my friends. But unfortunately I have never enjoyed my experience there. The thing is that when we get drunk and get onto the dance floor and start dancing, then nobody is willing to dance with me or my friends. It's like all the Indian guys dance together & the Westerners dance with other Westerners... the first time, I went with Indians, and I didn't mind it. The second time I hung out with Americans - on that occasion none of them paid attention to my moves. Why is this so? What is so special about Americans or Westerners dancing, if they cannot appreciate foreigners' styles???

My old dance studio was really good until the teachers started to quit. I thought that I was really good, but then I went to a different studio and realized that I know nothing. My new studio is great, but I don't know that much due to my old studio. I don't know as much as I should know, or at least that is how I feel. What should I do?

ok i know this sounds kinda stupid but im 13 and im a really good dancer, iv been taking lessons since i was 3 years old. i take jazz,tap,ballet,lyrical,modern and pointe. my teacher has moved me into advanced classes for all of them and i really love it but i train for 3 hours on tuesdays , 2 hours on thursdays ,and 3 hours and 45 minutes on saturdays..plus i have soccer basketball cheerleading and horsebackriding all in between and i love all of them but i dont have enough time to focus on school! what am i going to do?
