I would not just go with a song that has the words of remember Paris in it but look at the theme think of it as a prompt for a writing exam...work it....if you were to go to Paris or even if you have what is there to remember?...what comes to mind?....what feelings or emotions errupt?....those things could help you actually find a song that would be perfect for Remember Paris....

How about Sunrise by Simply Red. Doesn't specify Paris but it does have to do with 'love' in a sense. Good beat, easy to dance to, with no pressure to dance close, and will easily set the mood for the evening.
If not that, try 'Careful With That Axe, Eugene' by Pink Floyd from their 1969 album "Umma Gumma". (KIDDING! JUST KIDDING!)
