well since you seem really into dance, then you can always do that, and spread everything else out. like maybe only do cheerleading in the fall, then do basketball in the winter, and do horseback riding in the spring.

Okay, well the first thing to do is to get better at the trait of humility. You come off as rude and snobby if you say, "Yeah, so I'm really good at dance!" Even if you're not like that, people could get the wrong idea of you. Second, pick one or two things that you enjoy most and go with those. Besides falling grades, you're probably also falling behind in sleep, which can make your overall health go down the drain. When you have less things on your mind, the more calm and relaxed you'll be, making it easier to focus when you have school things to do. Besides, with the lower amount of activities, you'll have more time to raise your grades, sleep, and hang with friends, which, judging by your shared schedule, it seems as if you don't have time for that. <3

Sounds like you are overscheduling yourself. I'd say, postpone some of your extracurricular activities that you think you can sacrifice now. Maybe a few years later you will come back to them. But doing it all - dance, soccer, basketball, cheer and horsebackriding all together is simply not possible for one person. I'd say, pick activities that are dissimilar enough, drop the ones that are similar to the other. Like, is there a way you can pick either soccer or basketball but not both of them? Is there any way you can sacrifice cheerleading for the sake of dancing if you are already so far ahead with ballet?

You sound like a really booked up girl and really need to think about what you love and what you can make into a career and also really take time to focus on school you CAN have your cake and eat it! but just make sure it doesn't make you sick...lol but anyways what is it that you love the most and what is it that you wanna really pursue as a career is what you have to ask yourself. If you can't stop thinking about being a dancer then dance or if you can't stop doing motions to cheers then cheer or if you can't stop thinking about how you will execute the next jump with your horse then ride or if you just can't stop thinking about academics, then study.

I hope this is good guidance for you good luck and only the heart can help you make the best decision...and plus your're young so go and explore.

wow you certainly are involved! the most important thing is school, which is probably not what you want to hear, trust me i'm a serious dancer as well, but school has to be number one because nothing is as important as an education. after that though, you have to decide what means the most to you. from the description you gave, it seems like you are most interested in dance, but just do as many things that you love as you can. if you want to dance and do something but you don't have time, cut down on the time you spend dancing. it really depends on what you personally want to do, and how you want to spend your time. but honestly, you will regret it later in life if you don't get a good education. hope this helps!

a lot of people are good at dancing even at 12 years old
maybe u should just do 3 hrs on saturday
and for school just work hard and do some homework in school maybe at break and also if u have a little break between dance classes use it and also the important part of your grade is the HOMEWORK so remember to do it

Wow!! You need to get your activities straight!! Rate the activies on a scale from ONE TO TEN and see how everything adds up. DON'T RATE EVERYTHING THE SAME!!! Really think how much you enjoy those activies. WE all know you like to dance. I took dancing lesson for a while and then taught myself and I''m as good as my friend who has been doing it for 16 years and i'm 14. Anyway.....jsut really think what you look foward in the week or day and you'll do fine!!

Good Luck

OMG i srsly have this same problem, but not with the same things, it was so hard you need to drop at least one of them. Which ever one you like the least. Obviously not dance, but maby horseback riding? Because you can do the other ones in college and such... good Luck

Wow!. Well you should think..which one do you like the most....then make a list of them from the ones you like most and the ones you like least...U will c that u will have more time to study and more time to have more fun..u shouldn't do so many things b/c your just a child and u shouldn't have so much stress. I'm not trying to sound like you'r mother here but trust me, i was like u wen i was younger and i got alot of stress so take it from me..quit one or two of them so u have sometime to study and also to goof off.

You'r..welcome.
