Pole dancing is great fun and is a fantastic way to strengthen your muscles - especially your arms and abs. You don't need to be super fit but you must warm up your arm muscles before you start or you'll suffer for days (maybe weeks). In the Uk individual lessons cost about £15 for 30 mins.

Honestly every pole dancing teacher I have ever seen sucked. I was a feature for over 6 years on pole and never even seen one who came close to what I could do. Any idiot can shake her butt and slide down a pole. Have high expections when you look for someone to teach you. Its not easy and if you want to be good, expect to fall off a pole quite a few times.

ill teach you!!!!

If you go to www.vertical dance.com you can learn moves from there. you do need to pay a subscription though.

I learnt by buying my own pole (about 180 pound) from the above websites and learning the basic moves from there. When i hit advanced i signed up to vertical dance,i can now do it all! :)
