it depends, do you already have a kind of sport, or something you do where you get a workout? if not the yeah! yoga is awesome, it loosens muscles, and strengthens them too. You'll feel better, and loose weight. It is a great fitness idea, and you should definitely try a beginners course to start. Have Fun!!!!!!

I did yoga at around that age or became it sixteen became rather cool i like the respiratory ideas however the stretches have been rather flexy and technical and not perplexing Its for each age yet i became the only boy there lol

i think you should go for yoga classes.yoga is good for the health as well as for controling the mind.maybe in one week you will find the difference.
