My farthest book along is a book about vampires. It starts out with this vampire slayer Dimitri while on a hunt for the vampire queen he gets changed into a vampire. Now with his life turned upside down he finds friends and loyalty with the vampires. He must also fight a war with the men he onces called allies. By the way the book is called Blood Moon. You will find out if you read the book when it gets published.

Can some one tell me a book that grabs your attention and doesn't let go. I love love love the Series of Unfortunate Events books, but I don't like the Harry Potter books. I want a book that I can find in my library and that isn't to long, because I don't have time to read a long book. Help please.

We have to read Kate Chopin's "The Story of an Hour" and write a paper on it. I was wondering if it would be okay to say that the story can be viewed as the supression of women at the time and how when they get the moments of "freedom", or feelings of, they are just "killed" by men? Or am I completely missing the point?

I love to read but don't know what I should read next! I'm in my teens but have a pretty high reading level. I love classics, fantasy, am a HUGE Harry Potter fan, and any historical fiction. Any suggestions are welcome!

consider an issue or event in the book that different characters would have had different opinions about. try to explain what some of the characters in the book would have thought or felt about that issue or event.

I want to write about an issue that needs addressing. Does anyone know of corruption that should be exposed? I'm younger, so a lot of topics that I want to cover are too dangerous for me. But I hate being confined to write about trivial matters that don't help anyone. Any topic suggestions are welcome, unless they get deeply into politics (I think that I should wait until I'm older to write about politics). Thank you!

I know this is a bit blunt, and I kind of expect the answer to be too, don't worry I don't need too much detail! If you wouldn't mind, could you tell me where ( in his life ( not page )) and how these characters begin to interact with him, and if you wouldn't mind if they are his friends. I know it's a bit of a list but..
East, Benjy, Noah, Flashman, Charity. Plus, if you know any like little details add them too! thanks alot !

It is equally true that obscurities have been cast into critical areas and aspects of his life. My job is to explain the obscure in a way as to rescue them from doubts, dogmas, distortions, dilutions, dissolutions and deviations. My job is to remove the web of deception carefully arranged to obfuscate the reflection of the Muhammadan Reality. My Muhammad is neither that of scepticism nor that of speculation or wild imagination. My Muhammad is incontestably the historical Muhammad but one that is unmarred by the hostility of history. How we remember Muhammad makes all the difference. What my reader must understand is ‘Muhammad. Uncovering the True Story’ is not an apologia. Least of all is my desire to merely make another addition to an ever-increasing list of apologias for Muhammad as my Muhammad hasn’t given me any reason whatsoever to apologise for him. My Muhammad needs no defending… ‘Muhammad. Uncovering the True Story’ is a humble attempt to take a few shots of the dazzling Muhammadan Reality – Muhammadan haqeeqa. My Muhammad is the Muhammad whom the Quran addresses as the uswatun hasana and not the Muhammad whom many believe to be, ‘aught but a man’.

I wrote this intending for it to be a short story, but it has turned in to something a little longer. This is only the beginning, although I have written more. I posted it on storywrite.com hoping for criticism and suggestions, but I haven't been getting the response I was looking for. Your time and thought will be very much appreciated if you read and comment my work!

Please note that I am a young teen, so I may not have what you look for in good writing.

I have written two poems that are also posted on that site. You can find them by following the link to my profile if you would like to.

Thanks in advance!

I wrote your name in the sky,
but the wind blew it away.
I wrote your name in the sand,
but the waves washed it away.
I wrote your name in my heart,
and forever it will stay.

its amazing how a heart can hold on
to those little things we cherish
or memeories we wish would just perish
but whatever path your heart goes through
just follow the one you think is true
