The girls are catty, cruel, popular, rich, etc. I need names suit for them. First, last, middle, whatever. I am not creative with names. In my story so far I have just been calling them by letters: V W X Y and Z!

Try going to a place like babynames.com or some other site. That's what I do for characters. I think you should search and find a name that stands out to you and fits your characters, rather then asking for someone else's opinion. That way, it will be more personal and natural.

Are those their initials? If so, Viola or Violette and Wendi (her mother calls her Gwendolyn and she hates it) and Yvonne or Yvette (don't use two -ette names unless they're a twosome of some kind, twins or close friends, etc) come to mind easily. Zabrina would work for a snooty one, perhaps, or Zinnia for a sweet one. What about Xanthia or Xumena or Xixi?

If these don't need to be their initials -- or even if they do, really -- you could always use Google or Dogpile to find a "baby names" list online. I've heard such things exist but have never used one myself so I can't tell you how to find it.

I keep Anne Geddes baby name book beside my computer. I use it for all my names. You can also find name lists online. Google baby names girl. You can find out what the names mean and pick names that fit the characteristics of the girls. Mallory, Buffy, Heather, Madison ... those names sound like the kind you are seeking. Trendy names. C.

The suggestions that you have been given are great! But typical! But I tend to agree with the gentleman who suggests that you might want to consider the development of your characters a bit more in order to address their names as they are created. The fun in naming these women will hint on their dirty deeds and all the 'evil stuff' you can write about them. Good luck on your story!
