Tom Brown's school days characters?

Question

I know this is a bit blunt, and I kind of expect the answer to be too, don't worry I don't need too much detail! If you wouldn't mind, could you tell me where ( in his life ( not page )) and how these characters begin to interact with him, and if you wouldn't mind if they are his friends. I know it's a bit of a list but..
East, Benjy, Noah, Flashman, Charity. Plus, if you know any like little details add them too! thanks alot !

Flashman is a bullying upperclassman when Tom Brown first comes to school. He gets his comeuppance during a race at the end of Tom Brown's school days. Every one is supposed to pass certain miles stones during the race. But Flashman cuts cross-country and comes in first, because he has bypassed certain mile stones. He is found out and expelled from school.

In recent years, a modern author has taken up Flashman's career since he was expelled from Rugby School. "Flash" went into the British army and gained renown on many occasions not because of bravery, but because whenever he would shrink from duty, something happened to propel him into the limelight and gained him recognition for some great result.

The author of the Flashman books is George MacDonald Frasier. I am only familiar with the books in this series, not the original Tom Brown stories.

East, was Tom's best friend at school - and I think he was the first friend he made upon arrival.

Charity was the cooks/ houskeepers daughter??? I think. And she became 'engaged' to Flashman, and later pregnant by him, but was forced to have it aborted.

Flashman was the school bully, and leader of the older boys. And if I remember rightly Tom has to *** (act as a servant) for Flashman, hence how they meet.
