It really depends on what you like.
When I was a sophomore a friend recommended David Sedaris to me. I've read and love all of his books, they're very enjoyable to read, the stories are just hilarious.

Well, I don't know what kind of books you like but classics are usually awesome. If you want fantasy dragon lance is a nice read, although you may find it too childish.

u can read books which u feel is nice because each one of us have a different taste. according to me the interesting books are Arabian nights, tales of mulla nasrudin. but for all jokes books are interesting.
