The whole of the tooth fairys house (castle) was made of childrens teeth she had collected and the book had a blueish cover.

do you find it annoying that he keeps on swtiching perspectives throughout the story? i did not like it it was too suspensful for me so i only read about chyna (skipped all the things about the killer)
did i miss anything really important? should i go back and read it again?
