good question but since any of the 'hard evidence' such as scrolls and folklore do not have authours as such
wait wait - i can here you all screaming i know the bible is made up of different book such as the book of matthew - i only know that one cos of dot cotten quoting it every week.
but the fact that this is clearly a book written for children and has
forewards and author comments and revies on the books
saying it s fiction where as the bible does not say a collected works of people with brilliant imaginations - remember wine was rife back then
Anyway as i am ramblign no dont think they will believe he was real although now you have me thinking - look at king Arthur

It's just a story. Although I know some people compare the obssesiveness the public is with Harry Potter to how much people loved Sherlock Holmes back at the turn of the century.

why would you bother to think on something that far? but for the sake of answering you, i think people would be way smarter in the future than now. Harry Potter will be just one of those best sellers of our time.
Now i have a question back at you.... do you think the bible is just a story or is it history? to associate harry potter to Jesus is plain immaterial.

it is an thrilling question... regardless of the undeniable fact that, I disagree with you. Harry can purely do magic to the quantity of which his teenage (in accordance to the books) self has found out. Jesus on the different hand, has had 2,000 years of gaining know-how of to appropriate extra. besides that, Jesus is the son of god, and in case you pass into the 4th e book of Harry Potter the place he referred to as on his parents to help, they could purely carry off Voldermort on an identical time as Harry have been given away. If Jesus have been to call on his discern, technically, lol, he could have destroyed Voldemort with the potential of any sort of organic failures. besides that, evaluate. Harry wears glasses, in accordance to the books, he's incapable of adjusting that, or he could have. Jesus could make the blind see. So, i visit assert Jesus.

There is no comparing the two. In the case of Jesus, as well as Buddha and Zalmoxis about 400 years before him, people in their time actually believed these men to be spiritual leaders. So, the answer is no.

As a father I think that the Harry Potter series are a example of the stupidity of our times. Sorry. No offence intended. I took my daughter to see one of their films and came out with the impression that I had not seen a story but a jumble of unconnected scenes and events.... and everything pretentious to say the least.
I understand what you are referring to in your question but to put together, on the same line, the names of Harry crap and that of JESUS... well... you're forgiven... by Him !!!

Harry Potter is OBVIOUSLY a fictional character.
Christ is an HISTORICAL figure, as well as a literary figure (if you're classifying the News Testament as literature).

Good point. I have even heard that some people will worship Elvis Presley. If there are people here in 2000 years.
