involving "house", "North / Northern", "3 o'clock" (noon / evening, as thou wishest) and "sinister grin". Not more than (approx) 7-8-9 lines in the compose box.
...But don't just build up a sentence / some sentences with those expressions, please make it coherent, in the form of a story (or a fragment of a story). The best one will be the strangest one.

Where has time gone in to the wind perhaps? Where has love gone has cupid gone? Where does the universe go into a black hole of an eternity of time? Time itself escapes our grasp, time being the very thing that sews our memories together so that we may remember those happier times of innocence. Love has it sunk to the depths like the titanic has it risen and taken new light. Thou should cherish the moments thou has. Be it friends be it family time waits for no one. Should you forget times memories should you forget why thou lives in the eyes of the heavens then thou has lost track of thy self and should stop lest anymore time slip away into the winds of eternity.

I have to turn a poem into my class it had to be like oldschool mixed with newschool

And I'm talking "weird rustlings in the dark kind of scared" like Stephen KIng and not "oh, no, global warming, the icecaps are melting" kind of scared. Ghosts, the undead, vampires, werewolves, serial killers, rabid dogs, graveyards, curses, spells or whatever is just fine but just make sure it's scary!!!! If you can recommend more than one book, go right ahead! Thanks!

After receiving her visitors, the countess was so tired that she gave orders to admit no more, but the porter was told to be sure to invite to dinner all who came "to congratulate." The countess wished to have a tete-a-tete talk with the friend of her childhood, Princess Anna Mikhaylovna, whom she had not seen properly since she returned from Petersburg. Anna Mikhaylovna, with her tear-worn but pleasant face, drew her chair nearer to that of the countess.

"With you I will be quite frank," said Anna Mikhaylovna. "There are not many left of us old friends! That's why I so value your friendship."

Anna Mikhaylovna looked at Vera

I must say that I was quite disappointed with the book. I did not feel a sense of accomplishment when I finished it like I usually do when I finish books. I wasn't looking for a great life lesson in the book. Perhaps that is what I did wrong? If you have read it what did you learn from the book?
