You should really come up with the idea yourself, because it needs to be something that you are passionate about to help sustain you through the writing process. Writing and editing a book are huge projects, and if you don't feel any connection with the subject matter you will probably never finish.
What kind of stories interest you? What kind of characters?

Use the Hero's Journey - all of those became immensely popular: Star Wars, Harry Potter, The Karate Kid, Lion King, The Matrix, King Arthur. I think the world needs this story with a female hero ("Mulan" is the only one I can think of).

The Short Version: Young hero who does not know he (or she) is supposed to be a hero, leaves home, meets a mystic mentor who knows some sort of "magic" who mentors the hero, the hero finds some companions, fights some small battles, loses the mentor, fights the BIG battle, then returns home a hero.

My approach to this would be asking you what you like to read for books and what you would like to see *in* a book.
This is how I started writing novels: Identifying my tastes in books and what I would like to see written for a novel.
As an author myself of 14 novels, I'm not privvy to giving out ideas. Only because one of those ideas might make a great book for myself. :0)
